How to Use (Nasal)

• Gently blow your nose first.
• Shake the bottle if directed.
• Spray once into each nostril, aiming slightly outwards and back.
• Avoid sniffing too hard; let the spray coat the nasal lining.

Side Effects, Reactions & Medical Contraindications

Use is generally not recommended in:

• Known allergy or hypersensitivity to PT-141 (bremelanotide) or any component of the vial or nasal spray

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure, significant cardiovascular disease, recent heart attack or stroke

Common Side Effects and Adverse Reactions – Often dose-related and more likely at higher doses:

• Flushing or warmth in the face, neck or chest
