At this time, international shipping is not available.

Some prescription products may be dispensed or compounded by different partner pharmacies.

Orders containing items from multiple pharmacies may arrive in separate shipments

Our admin and support team will advise you of any specific timeframes related to your order once medical approval has been completed.

You will be kept informed throughout the process and notified if any item requires additional time before dispatch.

Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Orders

Lumina is not responsible for items that are damaged once they have left the pharmacy.

Address Changes

Requests to update delivery addresses must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order.
